The Hospitality Lab was created by Lisa Mullaney, a hospitality professional with extensive hands-on experience across operations, service, training, and business development.
Before opening P3 Café, Lisa spent over 20 years working within hospitality businesses — supporting cafés, restaurants, and small operators to improve how they function day to day. Her experience spans front-of-house excellence, team training, service flow, cost awareness, and guest experience, always with a focus on what truly drives long-term success.
The Hospitality Lab exists to help businesses become more confident, more efficient, and more sustainable. Lisa works closely with owners and teams to identify what's working, uncover what's creating pressure or inefficiency, and put clear, practical systems in place that support both people and profit.
This is not theory-based consultancy. It's grounded, real-world support — shaped by experience on the floor, in the kitchen, and behind the scenes. The goal is simple: calmer operations, stronger teams, and hospitality businesses that are set up to perform at their best.
